Individual series are available with various contact configurations and control voltages, as well as a wide range of accessories, allowing the solution to be tailored to specific applications.
CRP09, CRP12 and CRP16 mini contactors are compact devices designed for controlling motors and other loads in automation systems. The series includes models with load currents of 9 A, 12 A and 16 A, available in three-pole and four-pole versions. The mini contactors can be equipped with AC or DC control coils, making them easy to adapt to various control systems.
Their compact dimensions and the option of mounting directly on a 35 mm DIN rail in accordance with EN 60715 or on a mounting plate make the CRP series particularly suitable for applications where space in a switchboard or control cabinet is limited. CRP10 auxiliary contacts and CRP-MI50 mechanical interlocks are also available, allowing the system to be expanded and reversing contactor assemblies to be created.
The mini contactors can be used in industrial automation, machinery, conveyors, air conditioners, compressors and motor control systems requiring starting, stopping or reversing. The series is suitable for both simple control circuits and more complex automation systems.
Datasheet – CRP09, CRP12, CRP16 Mini Contactors
CRS series contactors are designed for controlling motors and power circuits in AC systems. The range includes a wide selection of models – from the compact CRS09, CRS12, CRS18 and CRS22, through CRS32 and CRS40, up to CRS50, CRS65, CRS75 and CRS85. This allows the appropriate contactor to be selected for specific system requirements, with load currents ranging from 9 to 85 A.
Depending on the version, the contactors are available in three- or four-pole configurations and with AC or DC control coils. They can be mounted directly on a 35 mm DIN rail in accordance with EN 60715 or on a mounting plate. The series also includes CRS20 auxiliary contacts, RST thermal overload relays and CRS-MI51 mechanical interlocks, enabling complete motor control and protection systems to be built.
CRS contactors are suitable for applications including motor starting and stopping, control of fans, pumps, machine tools and conveyor drives, as well as motor reversing systems. They can operate with thermal overload relays and other protective devices and can be used in industrial automation systems with PLCs and variable frequency drives.
CRG series contactors are designed for controlling motors and high-power loads. The range includes models with load currents from 100 to 400 A, including CRG100, CRG125, CRG150, CRG180, CRG220, CRG330 and CRG400. They are available in three- and four-pole versions with AC control.
CRG contactors are designed for mounting on a mounting plate. Depending on the contactor size, dedicated auxiliary contacts, thermal overload relays and mechanical interlocks are available, allowing complete motor control, protection and reversing systems to be built. For example, RST23 thermal overload relays are available for the CRG180 and CRG220 models, while RST24 and RST25 series solutions are available for the largest CRG330 and CRG400 models.
The series is designed for applications requiring the switching of higher power loads, including drive systems for production machinery, pumps, fans and conveyors. The contactors can also be used in power supply systems for high-power equipment, transformer and capacitor bank switching systems, as well as installations operating with PLCs and variable frequency drives.
