Code of conduct

As a responsible, globally operating, publicly traded company, we must and want to act in accordance with the highest standards accepted in business, be credible and ethical. We want to be competitive, offer high-quality products, and take responsibility for them. We are committed to acting in accordance with the law.

In order to help us all navigate the current market conditions efficiently, comply with applicable laws, rules, and social norms, and build a positive image of the company, we have decided to introduce a Code of Conduct in our Company, which is a written set of rules of conduct in various areas of our business.

In accordance with the Code of Conduct, everyone has the right to report, either openly or anonymously, any violations of the law and irregularities identified in their daily work or violations of the Company's internal regulations, including in particular the Code of Conduct, Code of Ethics, and Anti-Corruption Policy, including confirmed or suspected incidents of corruption.
