New RSR54 Solid State Relays – High Performance and Efficient Heat Dissipation

Our company is expanding its range of solid state relays with the new RSR54 series – single-phase solid state relays with a high current range from 25 A up to 125 A. They are available in various voltage configurations (24…280 V AC, 24…530 V AC, 24…660 V AC) and with either AC or DC control.

RSR54 combines a compact design with high reliability and excellent overload resistance.
Zero-cross switching and a thyristor (SCR)-based output ensure spark-free operation and exceptional device durability.

Efficient heat dissipation with dedicated heatsinks
The new RSR54 solid state relays are designed to effectively handle thermal management. A variety of RH-series heatsinks are available (such as RH08, RH08-F, RH16, RH21), helping to maintain optimal operating temperatures even under high current loads and elevated ambient conditions. For instance, the RH08-F heatsink with fan features a very low thermal resistance of 0.35 °C/W, providing effective cooling even in demanding applications.
