Relay Division taken over by MERA LUMEL, Zielona Góra.
1982
Independent enterprise of Zakład Przekaźników established.
1991
Zakład Przekaźników transformed into Relpol S.A. in Żary.
1996
Relpol S.A. IPO at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
1997
Opening of manufacturing plant in Lithuania.
1998
The company received a certificate of conformity of production with ISO 9002. Currently the company is certified ISO 9001:2009 and ISO 14001:2005.

Opening of the new manufacturing plant in Zielona Góra

The company commenced its activities in 1958 when, under the Ordinance of Minister of machine Industry No. 30 a decision was made to establish Zakład Przekaźników [Relay Factory] as a branch of REFA Production Plant in Świebodzice.
