The strategic aim of Relpol SA is to consolidate its position as one of Europe's top two manufacturers of relays, by a dynamic sales development particularly in eastern markets. Achieving sales targets with increased profitability will lead to yet more opportunities for Relpol SA.
Relpol S.A. is the expert manufacturer of electromagnetic relays and relay sockets. Electromagnetic relays are widely used components in electric circuit control of various machines and equipment, vehicles, domestic appliances and electronics.
There are four basic lines of Relpol’s products: - Plug-in power relay, used in a wide range of industrial applications. - PCB power relays, used as power components in countless electronic devices. - Interface relays, for automation systems, - Relay sockets, for simple connection of relays.
To further enhance Relpol's product offering, a number of complimentary ranges of branded equipment has been added: - contactors and thermal relays, - time relays, - monitoring relays, - motor protection circuit breakers, - lighting and overvoltage protection devices, - push-buttons and switches.
History of the company
1958 – Relay Division of REFA Świebodzice founded in Żary 1965 – Relay Division taken over by MERA LUMEL, Zielona Góra 1982 – Independent enterprise of Zakład Przekaźnikow established in Żary 1991 – Zakład Przekaźnikow transformed into RELPOL SA 1996 – Relpol is first quoted at the Warsaw Stock Exchange 1998 – ISO 9002 certification - new automated assembly line for new PCB relay series - Business Centre Club award 1999 – new miniature size electromagnetic relays added to RM 84/5/7 series 2000 – new line of products, i.e. RY2 and R15 WT relays starts (versions with new contact arrangement)
